To run until one wants to die
Half Marathon
to run until one almost wants to die.
There is a new Marathon coming to Seattle this summer, and it is the Rock n roll marathon. There will be a different band every mile of the race, and from all sorts of different genres. I have always dabbled with the thought of running a marathon, and I have come to the conclusion, that my knees just couldn't hack it. ( I have had both knees reconstructed and I'm only 27)
However, a half marathon, maybe!
So Aaron and I have decided to train for the 1/2 marathon. We may die in the process, but it's a goal to help us get back into shape! I have a friend who is crazy and is running the full.
You go Kimberly!!! We'll cheer you through the finish line.
